Carlos@b&v brings the finer side of dining and service to this unique little part of North London, on the Green in Winchmore Hill, a stone's throw from the mainline station of the same name and a short drive from Southgate on the end of the Piccadiily Line. Carlos himself is a restauranteur with flair, having built a reputation in the area over 30 years and so his experience with executing a dynamic and slick establishment brings much to be excited about. Guests will get that familiar 'welcome back' feeling even if they happen to be newcomers. The interiors are comfortably chic but inviting, with a warm ambience and the atmosphere is busy and vibrant. Live music and niche little magic entertainers are a regular occurrence. With an open alfresco feel in the summer, looking out on to the Green itself and a pavement terrace in warmer months too.
The menu is Modern European with a specials menu that changes regularly and plenty of choice on the drinks and cocktail menu.

Felt like the kitchen and staff were struggling with the workload hence the food was late and was overcooked. Loved the magician though.

This was the first time we've been since the name change to 'Carlos @ B&V' and what a difference! We had the set lunch menu which was amazing value with great portion sizes and the food was exceptional. We just wish we had tried it out sooner. The staff were wonderful and all 6 guests were so impressed from start to finish. Amazing 👏

It was our first time at Carlos and we were delighted to have seating by the window. The service and food were excellent. The waiter looked after us and we were very impressed. We will definitely be going back very soon. Thank you Carlos for making our evening so enjoyable. Carole

Delicious food on the lunch menu. Service was very slow on Friday lunchtime.

First time visiting & really enjoyed it. Decor & ambience were lovely & the food was very good. Drinks were a bit overpriced which was a shame. But we would go again & recommend to friends.

I have been coming here for many years, the atmosphere is always great, the staff could not be more attentive. A really nice option to have on my doorstep in Winchmore Hill.
