The food, as always, was excellent. I had to rush to another meeting and forgot some papers at the restaurant. I returned later in the afternoon and they recognized me and had put the papers safely in the office. Thank you for customer service that goes above and beyond!

Tremendous services . The owners and the staff are always paying special attention . You don't find many restaurants like Carisma anymore. Fabulous

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The server was amazing—attentive, friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the meal. I absolutely loved the lychee martini, and the lamb chops were cooked to perfection, full of flavor. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was very inviting and pleasant, adding a personal touch to our evening. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and will definitely be back!

My friends and I had a wonderful meal at Carisma. The ambience, service, food and drinks were outstanding. We would definitely go here again.

Excellent service… met immediately on entering and escorted to our table. Lovely being asked what is your drink of choice and would we like to order one. Also offered an Italian variety of my normal red wine. Good serving size of appetizers and our entree’s. Flavours finished well on the palate. We passed on dessert, however all choices read delicious.

Carisma is one of our favourite restaurants. Margie and Michael are very welcoming. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. We have tried many different dishes and enjoyed every meal.
