   It’s quickly becoming one of our go tos The appetizers are great sizes that don’t fill you up immediately, the in house made pasta is incredible and has great texture and flavor, and the chicken cutlets are to die for.

   This is our third visit and Carina Sorella did not disappoint. We never had the pizza before this and it was fabulous as was the pasta with clams and the scallops. Both are now favorites! Deserts were delicious as well especially the chocolate cake with gelato.

   Our server was lovely. The food just okay. I had the Bolognese with way too much pasta and too little meat. I have had so much better at other restaurants. It was just thrown together with the overwhelming Mafaldine pasta. The music was too loud and not appropriate dinner music as it was rock and along with the loud talking, it was just not pleasant at all. Seating very crowded and in top of one another. The appetizer meatbal was delicious as was the Caesar salad. Will not return in a hurry nor will I recommend!

   The restaurant decor was beautiful. The service was excellent and the food was very good. Nevertheless, the reason for my rating is because the music (not noise) sound level was comparable to a nightclub and you could barely speak to your dinner companion. The front door did not have a vestibule, so when the entry door opened, wet/cold air would blow through the restaurant tables to the kitchen. The wine by the glass was a very skimpy pour (below the wine glass pour mark) especially given the $18.00 charge per glass.

   Good food. Decent service. Good drinks. Incredibly loud; forget about conversation. Wont go back. Just way too loud.

   The food and service was wonderful. We had 2 different pasta dishes and loved both. Our server was very attentive. It was a little loud and difficult to have a conversation, but the food definitely made up for it!

    Our first visit to Carina Sorella was Valentines Day. I said that I would return after the winter and when it is not a holiday. We dined last evening although it still feels like winter. They originally had has seated near the entrance-which is quite drafty every time the door opens. I asked for a different table and after a few extra minutes (the new table needed to be cleaned), we were seated behind the bar. Giorgio was our server and he confessed it was his first evening. Kudos! He was amazing, attentive and very engaging. While there were three of us dining, we ordered the 2 Chicken Parmigiana's and 2Caesar Salads. My husband and I shared and our dining partner had his dinner with lots to take home. The salads were very tasty and dressed perfectly. The chicken is so big. Not heavily breaded and fried to perfection. Leftovers all around. While waiting for our entrees, David (the manager) brought out a pasta dish of cappelletti filled with aged asiago cheese and drizzled with a balsamic vinaigrette. The sweetness of the vinaigrette balanced out the saltiness of the cheese. Yum! Needless to say, there was no room for dessert. Looking forward to our next dinner!
