At Caribou the surroundings are comfortable and the focus is contemporary cuisine of exceptional quality. Signature dishes created by our Chef include certified Angus tenderloin, cedar plank salmon, black and blue ahi tuna and wood oven pizzas. Our desserts are prepared in-house by our pastry chef. We feature an extensive wine list with numerous vintage wines as well as over 30 wines by the glass.
Caribou Restaurant + Wine Bar opened in November of 1999. The menu has been developed over many years of visiting restaurants all over North America and the world. Options represent Italian, Asian, Cuban or any other styles of new and exciting cuisine.
Caribou has been listed in "Where to Eat in Canada" for several years running and the wine list has earned the "Wine Spectator Award of Excellence" every year since 2002.

Hadn’t been in a long time and forgot how loud the restaurant is. Also, they no longer have complimentary bread and hummus for each table. You have to pay $12 for it. Cut backs I guess. That was disappointing. The warm feta and artichoke dip was outstanding as was the Caesar salad.i had the chicken saltimbocca and it was excellent. My husband had pasta - seafood linguine and said it was good. I wish there was a gluten free pasta option but there isn’t. The peanut butter cheesecake was outstanding. I will say $20 for one ounce of scotch was shocking to me! All and all the food was delicious but BRING BACK COMPLIMENTARY BREAD AND HUMMUS.

Great food great service but the noise level was over the top especially this time. There were two large tables and even though they were in the back corner it didn’t help. We were in a booth and the four of us could barely hear each other. Talking to others that’s always a complaint. It is so noisy. Go for the good food and service if you can tolerate high noise level.

Food was fabulous And server Meghan was outstanding! Owner Tom was there to greet us too! Much appreciated!!! Our favourite restaurant in town!

We had Bronzino, Peri, Peri chicken , pasta with shrimp, and pasta with meatball and sausage. Everyone totally enjoyed their dinners. We started with an appetizer of enchiladas and finished with sea salt, espresso martinis. The only negative is the noise level but what can you do when the restaurant is full and everyone’s having a good time.

We enjoyed a phenomenal dinner at Caribou. Tonight’s specials were delicious -zucchini carpaccio and chanterelle pasta. Our server Donny was friendly and professional and regularly checked in with us. We always enjoy ourselves at Caribou and highly recommend it!

First time visit for my partner and I, a little nicer than our usual night out, but we had a great experience and food! I think we were missed with the bread and butter in the table, however the risotto balls, our entrees and the peanut butter cheesecake, we did not leave hungry! Great service and food
