Very good 20th wedding anniversary dinner. We were seated at a booth which was what we wanted. We shared a beet & burrata appetizer which was good but light on the burrata. I had the tenderloin steak which was excellent and my wife enjoyed her salmon. The server - Kristy - was excellent and ensured we were not rushed with our orders. Drinks were brought quickly and were very good. The restaurant was nice enough to give us a smalll dessert in honour of our anniversary. There were a number of groups eating in the restaurant so the noise level was bit too high for us but overall it was a very good experience.

A new-ish feature on the menu is 3 courses for $55, which my friend and I tried. The appetizer, mains and dessert servings were full-on dinner size, and everything was cooked to perfection! I went for the upgrade ($10. Extra for a 7 oz beef tenderloin) worth every penny, rare and beautifully seasoned. Our server Casey was a waiter you don’t see much these days - professional, attentive but not intrusive, and cognizant of my friend’s mobility issues - very thoughtful.

Another great experience at Carderos. Great food and great service. Ellie was great and we all had a fantastic lunch.

As always, the service and food were excellent. I make it a point to eat here every time I am in Vancouver, and I've never been disappointed.

Just good people serving good food, the recommendations from the waiter were bang on. Can’t fault the place at all. Definitely going back.

Heard all about this place and had to check it out. Very disappointed from the food quality all the fish was over done and sent back the pizza was sent back as well because the crust was undercooked then a new one came back the same. All I can say is wow get it together Cardero ‘s.
