Join us for Carcara’s inaugural artisan’s palate dinner where we will celebrate world renowned artist Andres Anza & the unique talents of the Carcara team. We will open the night at 530PM with a cocktail reception at Bentley Gallery to coincide with Andres’s Exhibition. Following the reception, dinner will be held in Carcara at 7PM where we will showcase a 5-course exclusive dining experience where we will invigorate your senses, nurture your body, and ignite your imagination through your taste buds. Each course paired with whimsical cocktails and eclectic wines native to Coahuila and Zacatecas Regions of Mexico, Andres’ home region. Beautiful ambiance and the food was absolutely delicious. Not too crowded so even though it’s a large restaurant it didn’t feel overwhelming. We will definitely be going back!

Our experience is always amazing here, love the atmosphere and the happy menu is UNBEATABLE. Drinks are always top tier and this is always our spot to come to when we’re in Phx for a ball game or concert.

Food was very good but pricey. Decor was outstanding. It was a family gathering. Service was spotty. The server was assigned tables at the other end of the restaurant so her appearences were infrequent.

The food was pretty tasty. However, the service was slow and not particularly attentive. The restaurant was open to the outside which made it very cold inside and warm and cold on the outside. Never really felt comfortable and cannot imagine their electric bill cost.

Met up with friends before a concert. We shared wings, loaded guac, and the buffalo cauliflower. All was sooo delish that we even ordered more wings and cauliflower!! We would definitely go back here again!!

I love Carcara’s ambience and vibe but I feel like their food has suffered a bit in recent years. I remember going there as a special occasion and being wowed by their food offerings but the last two times I’ve been there, I haven’t been impressed. In fact, I was disappointed that the chicken was tough, the sea bass too salty (and overseasoned), and the shrimp too fiery. I want all parts of the dishes to inspire but it seems like the sides and/or the vegetables that the dish is plated on tastes better than the main part of the dish! The risotto was excellent and so were the peas! I would love to see this restaurant level up to its original standards!

Tacos and guacamole were great. Riley was our server and did a great job supporting our table of 4 and ensured we were served in time to make our evening concert. Happy hour apps for meal were perfect and delish.
