Service was horrible. Took forever to get anything and the place was packed. The table next to us took so long they asked for their check after drinks alone. We went there for Easter brunch once which was amazing but this time was off the menu. Okay food, it’s nice inside but the service was so bad that we said we’d never go again.

Everything was great. I didn't realize there was an 18% service charge because it was Christmas; I didn't recall seeing anything in Open Table when I booked the reservation. The folks at the table next to me weren't aware of the 18% service charge either. That didn't include gratuity (tip for the server)! Add that to over 20% tip and it's 40% added to the price of the dinner, which adds a lot. Makes for a surprise amount when you weren't aware!!

Overall all was excellent. Four stars due to the apple pie. It was just okay.

Gorgeous restaurant… However it took the Hostess 15 minutes to sit us. Waitress and waiters kept walking by without speaking to us. The couple who was waiting with us finally went and sat at the bar. The bartender came and grabbed their menus without speaking. Finally the hostess came out and sat us. It’s still took 10 minutes for our waitress to bring us water. Overall experience was six.

Excellent food, beverage and table service in a beautiful setting. Selected Carcara because of its focus on local cuisine. Christmas Eve dinner (5 adults) and all thoroughly enjoyed the experience!

Brooklyn and Jeffery took care of us and we had a wonderful lunch. Food was great and the Birthday cake was awesome. You can't go wrong for lunch there!

It was my birthday… I reserved a table and requested it to not be in middle of room. When we arrived we had a table off to the side and it was wonderful!!! We were taken care of like we were royalty !! The food was exquisite !! We started with several of the “Beginnings” which we all shared and then ordered the entrees. I had the Halibut .. OMG so goooooood!!! I will be telling everyone about my experience!

Stayed for a 3 day business event and ate here more then once. Food quality is excellent. Service was top notch. Ambiance was great! Highly recommend.
