The hostess crew was top notch. We had res to vino but they were able to get me a spot in the main dining area. The ambiance we authentic and classy. Our maitre was very attentive and pleasant, and the lobster ravioli and spicy pasta was delicious.

We had a wonderful dinner at Carbone Vino last night. We had Caesar salad, then chicken, Parm, and roasted potatoes. This sommelier recommended a great bottle of Rosso. We will be back!

I like this restaurant and the food/service is always consistent. As most places I don’t find value in buying drinks. Overpriced and don’t get the volume worth the money. It is a deterrent when your drinks equal as much as your food and you don’t even feel the drink. I continue to seek a great cocktail experience in this town accompanied with awesome/food and service. Last time we hit the Mexican and were up charged on everything and this time it was a full looking old fashioned with a giant ice cube that gave us about 2oz of drink for over 16 dollars. Oh well…the search continues.

We made our first visit for restaurant week and it was amazing ! We had the signature dish pasta dish of spicy rigatoni and the mushroom ravioli for our entrees. The menu came with great gelato for dessert. Our service was wonderful and gave us great insight into the dishes and menu The decor was enchanting .

We went for restaurant week and to celebrate a birthday. Our server and the staff were very friendly, but the service was slow- especially drinks from the bar. We had essentially finished our meal and had to ask/remind a couple of people about the wine we ordered. We were also seated in the bar area which was really loud. Would have preferred the dining room for our date night.

Overall experience was amazing other than the greeter at the front was SO RUDE when I asked what was the difference between VINO and CARBONE.

The food was good but not amazing. Relatively overpriced for what it was. The space was really nice- very airy feeling with the tall ceilings.
