Carbone is Chef Mario Carbone’s homage to the great Italian American restaurants of mid-20th century in New York, where delicious, exceptionally well-prepared food was served in settings that were simultaneously elegant, comfortable and unpretentious. His food captures the essence of that history but takes its culinary cues from the kitchens of his childhood, the great talents with whom he worked throughout his early career and incorporates his signature techniques that blend familiar and bold flavors to create the most craveable dishes. We call this Carbone Italian.

Service and food were excellent like always. My wife’s favorite meal was amazing and flavorful. Our server was attentive and went above and beyond to make our experience very memorable.

This was our first time visiting the restaurant and we didn’t realize it was family style. Needless to we left full and happy. The service was great. Our waitress was very nice and accommodating. She checked on us frequently! The old fashion that I ordered was delicious!! The Lobster ravioli was amazing and the lamb chops was seasoned just right but a little heavy on the pepper but other than that, it was delicious!! We will definitely be back again!! Really great spot for a date night!

Very poor service. We spent our 13th anniversary here and it was anything but awful. Since it was our anniversary, I asked for a romantic, quite table. We got assigned by the bar/kitchen, where it was very loud. We politely asked to be moved, since the restaurant was not crowded. After being moved, we did not get a server until about 20 minutes after we sat down (we got there at 6:30PM, it was not busy). Our server then took our order but came back twice confused by it. Another waiter then came for the third time to take our order. When we got our food, the order was wrong. Our drinks were never refilled and we were most definitely forgotten about. I've been to your restaurant before and loved everything about it. I thought this would be a special place to celebrate our anniversary but I was wrong. It was truly the worst anniversary experience to date.

Food was great! The family style at this kind of restaurant was a little confusing. The service wasn't great it took forever, and we only got checked on maybe 2-3 times by our actual server. Though our water glasses never got empty.

Been trying to get into Carbone since 2022- finally able to in Dallas and oh so worth it!

Calamari is extra leggy, which I love but too salty. Tiramisu too alcohol-heavy. Linguine vongole is one of the best I’ve ever had! I love the addition of the pepporoncini. Sommelier Paul is very knowledgeable & helpful!

Experience went perfect! The food was delicious, drinks were great, the whole dining experience was fantastic, our server Elena was also outstanding and very kind
