Incredible service from the moment we entered. Beautiful dining space. Very modern. Loved the vibe. Absolutely delicious food. The new menu is a nice touch. You can enjoy your traditional steakhouse fare or get modern Italian cuisine with a twist if you prefer. Will definitely be heading back soon!

Overall I enjoyed it, as it was my first time there. Staff was welcoming and nice. They knew that it was our anniversary so they gave us complimentary champagne and free desert! Rated it lower due to food. Felt like food was lacking a little bit of seasoning. Prices was a little much compared to nearby restaurants along with Carnevore being accross the street. Seafood tower was the best. Flavorful and packed with variety of food such as crab legs, lobster tail, huge shrimps, and scallops! Probably my favorite dish. I do recommend that they pre-cut the crab legs so it would be easier to eat. For fine dining, I expected not to use my hands as much. Overall good, but needs more flavor in food.

The food was absolutely phenomenal, steak was cooked to perfection and the short rib was so tender it hardly required chewing. Portions were good size and we did not leave disappointed. Beyond the food, I will say the service from the minute we walked through the door straight through dessert was second to none. Both our host and server checked on us several times and the drinks never came close to being empty. Inside the restaurant, dark walls and subtle lighting give a nice modern vibe without feeling trendy. Truly a standout experience!

It is a beautiful place but the food was average, the appetizer meatballs were on, calamary nothing special. The steak was a bit dry and the truffle fries not very good. Overall is an OK place but I don't think it justifies the price.

Excellent first visit to Carbon. The place is beautiful, staff attentive and friendly and food was outstanding. The owner stopped by to check in which was a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend Carbon!

Our waiter Thomas was amazing and truly made our dinner special! Benny the manager also checked-in on us several times. My wife and I both had fillets which were cooked perfectly. The Brussel sprouts were also incredible. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience.

We had a lovely experience at Carbon. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious. We celebrated our anniversary and we will definitely be returning! Thank you for making our day special.
