I brought my sister for her bday and everything was great from being seated the set up the waitress everything was great and they were super nice and resourceful The Prosecco with a splash of grenadine was freaking amazing No complaints will be back to try something new!!

Went here for my wife’s bday Friday night and it was 60% empty so the place was quiet. The ambiance is nice the mood was good the staff were very friendly and attentive the food was good not great but good, didn’t scream fancy like the atmosphere did. I had the steak and I’m from Chicago where the steaks are excellent so I might just have had high expectations but the steak was good not great but good, the flavor was good but lacked presentation. I ordered it with crusted Parmesan which didn’t look appealing I always say we eat our meals with our eyes first and based on the presentation I lost hope in the taste but it was still good the staff was great like I said maybe because it was empty but it was our first time and we will be back again.

A newer steakhouse in the Milwaukee area is always a good thing! There will always be a period where it needs to figure out what it’s trying to be, and that was the biggest issue my wife and I had. The service was excellent! The valet was fast and attentive! As it was our anniversary, carbon added a dessert to our meal at no charge which was very nice of them, but the main course left something to be desired. My New York strip was lack luster at best. Slightly over cooked, needing more seasoning, and the presentation were my biggest notes. My wife had the Alfredo which was a solid choice. Like I said before, carbon is still finding out what it should be. The lights were overwhelming, the choice of music was vegas-like, and the overall ambiance was kind of plain. We like to give places a second chance so my wife and I will be back, just not any time soon.

For starters we had the mussels & Carbon salad. Mussels were plump & nicely prepared. The broth was excellent & very tasty. The salad was crisp with just the right amount of dressing. The golden beets added a nice flavor to the rest of the ingredients. For mains we had the scallops & bone in rib eye. Scallops were fantastic and we made too many yummy sounds. The steak was well prepared & seasoned. It had a great sear to it. It was good for dinner the next night & steak & eggs for the next morning. Good portion. The service by Olivia was attentive & the courses & drinks arrived timely. She gave a good tour de menu to help with our selections. Lastly the flourless chocolate cake. Dense & richly flavored & the dollops of fresh crème & lemon curd added extra enjoyment.

It was just OK...the food for the value was overpriced, portions were on the smaller side. Waiter appeared to be overwhelmed, showed in his service. He attempted to fix eith a comp dessert.

The food was really good and the service was welcoming. We were there to celebrate a momentous occasion and that was recognized numerous times. Felt really cool! Overall, a great experience!

Service was top notch. Honestly one of the best I've ever had and we frequent the top steakhouses in the area often. Drinks and appetizers were a 10 out of 10, food was phenomenal. Only thing I think needs improvement is ambiance. Just a different feel, can't pinpoint what it needs, but something. Will definitely go back. Can't say enough about the food and service for such a good price.
