Excellent first visit to Carbon. The place is beautiful, staff attentive and friendly and food was outstanding. The owner stopped by to check in which was a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend Carbon!

Our waiter Thomas was amazing and truly made our dinner special! Benny the manager also checked-in on us several times. My wife and I both had fillets which were cooked perfectly. The Brussel sprouts were also incredible. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience.

We had a lovely experience at Carbon. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious. We celebrated our anniversary and we will definitely be returning! Thank you for making our day special.

This is definitely a higher end restaurant. The service was great. Thomas and Benny took care of everything all night for us. The food and wine was spectacular with Thomas suggesting all the right things.

Great food and service. Loved the food options in the PrixFixe menu. Excellent service, Tia and Xander were great!

The prix fixed menus provided good choices and allowed to sample a couple of different dishes. The food was well prepared and tasted great. Intense but not overwhelming flavors, gave the food a very rich tasting quality. The portion sizes were excellent, so received good value for the amount spent. Service was attentive. The courses were served in reasonable time frames and no unecessary waiting between them.

Great service, Great Atmosphere but value for quality of food lacked. At this price point there are choices with a lot higher quality of food. Food was fine and nothing bad about the food just compared to other places at this price point it lacked the wow factor
