Amazing service and the food was outstanding! The atmosphere is fun and the service was prompt. They took care of every need. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a cool, delicious experience

Newly opened restaurant and our first time there. We were extremely pleased. The food was amazing. The shrimp ceviche was very good, and the costillas were to die for. The mezcal cocktails were really good, but my favorite was Sergio's special with mezcal and Jalapeño. It was outstanding! But the best part was the service, Taven and Sergio were the best. They were personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Best service ever! Definitely going back!

This was our first exposure to this relatively new restaurant and we were quite satisfied. The menu is straightforward featuring tacos, enchiladas, burritos, and a few entrees. We stayed simple with tacos and enchiladas. Both were quite flavorful, and we were very satisfied. Also the chips and guacamole is quite good. The restaurant was only moderately busy on a Friday night. Service is excellent. The wine list is very small and could use some more variety.

Our group of four eats out a lot. We run the gamit, high end/low end. But, we always land in the same establishments. Last night I insisted we go somewhere new, and we were very pleased with our choice. El Carbon fit the bill. We all had the cadillac margaritas...very nice. I read a complaint about margarita pricing and not sure where that came from. Each of us had a different entree and everyone was extremely happy. One individual ordered the soup of the day and it was proclaimed to be excellent by the other two folks who tried it. Service was great and prices were very reasonable. Overall a great experience. We will go back.
