Caramella Italian Restaurant & Lounge, a collaboration between Caesars Entertainment and Tao Group Hospitality, debuts at Planet Hollywood. Designed by Fettle, the space channels 1970s Italy, featuring a velvet vestibule, Murano glass chandeliers, a candy shop with Italian treats, and a hidden lounge with a mosaic DJ booth. We came during closing. My reservation was at 945, and we got there around nine fifty five, and luckily, they said that the last seating was at ten, so they let us in anyway after being a little bit late because of traffic. i've, I had the cavitali Bolognese and I really enjoyed the textures as somebody who enjoys certain textures and food. I really enjoy the way it felt in my mouth. My mother had the pork chops. And my boyfriend had a form of pasta with an italian bacon on top.All of this came out $249, and we left a cash tip. the waiter that served us. His name was Chris and he was super nice. He made the best jokes and kept his company during our dinner. Because we're pretty alone inside of the restaurant because they were closing. The ambiance is amazing. It's very old vegas and swanky.It feels like I am in the restaurant Scarface was sitting in when he seen his future wife dancing. they do have seating, very similar to the movie.As well, a booth against the wall. my mother ordered 2 drinks. She ordered the Maria and the hustle. Both were amazing as somebody who doesn't really like to drink alcohol. The hustle did not taste like any of the sort. It literally tasted like a bitter fruit juice as if you're drinking cranberry juice, which I really enjoyed. My mother liked the maria, which add a chamoy rimdip. We didnt grab desert but I took AMAZING pictures inside of the venue.

Such a fun new concept, loved the vibe - food was amazing, drinks were great too, but felt there could be more variety in wine options - cocktails were lovely, but on the pricey side (even for Vegas!). Service was very good, everyone was super friendly & helpful. Outside view was pretty cool too. Definitely recommend & will return.

A real shame because everything else was wonderful. We were a table of 7, seated in a beautiful booth. I'm vegetarian (including no egg), with 6 meat eaters. I've eaten out every meal with them for 4 days in Vegas before we came to Caramella (including 2 steakhouses) and the menus were labelled, or the restaurants were able to make simple ingredient swaps to make more dishes suitable for me (removing parmersan or sauces/dressings that usually contain egg). We started with some great drinks and the starters were really delicious. For main, there seemed like loads of great options (I always check before I go, to check I won't be inconvenient!). I asked if the pasta was all fresh or made with egg (expected an Italian to be proper pasta with egg, but restaurants do usually have a bag of wheat pasta too). It was all made with egg. No problem- still lots of options. I ordered eggplant parmersan originally, and a side of cannellini beans, asking the waiter for no parmersan which is usually just on the top, but easy to remove from grating any in between the layers anyway. He came back and said that the eggplant is pre breaded with egg, didn't offer to make one without breading the layers (I've never seen one breaded before), so I swapped it for a salad (listed as an appetiser), again reminding him no parmersan. He came back 15 mins later and said the cannellini beans were cooked with pork, so he removed this from our order, and started to walk off because he said he said there are lots of other sides on our order I can share, but ALL 4 of these had parmersan and/or Gorgonzola in (not made with vegetarian rennet). So he gave me the menu again, but I didn't have much hope, especially because he wasn't offering anything else knowing my requirements. Starting to get embarrassed... I asked if the polenta was breaded with egg, and he came back saying it was cooked in chicken stock!! So, I settled with a side of cheese garlic bread for my salad, reminding him no parmersan-

The decor was awesome had you with new surprise at every glance of the room. The food was excellent.

My meal was delicious. I had the chicken parm and manicotti. Both were delicious!

We definetly loved our waiter he was so nice and truly cared about our experience. My friend did not enjoy her food and he was kind enough to have a complimentary drink. We would definitely come back and the outdoor aesthetic is really nice. So ladies get those photos in!

We celebrated our NYE dinner at Caramella, what a celebration it was. Everything was perfect, appetizers and pasta were out of this world. The blue crab pasta dish was unique and comforting at the same time. The entire meal was orchestrated by the incredibly talented and professional service of Michael. He went above and beyond to make this meal a culinary adventure. Will definitely be going back and making this a regular stop for us.
