    Our server Taylor was one of the best we have ever had wait on us. Caputo is lucky to have her representing the restaurant. If / when we return we would ask for her again.

    The food and service was excellent. There was an app with a basil dip,crostinis, figs etc that was wonderful. I had prime rib which was delicious.

    Fabulous food and impeccable service! The chicken piccata was perfectly seasoned and flavor packed. Terrific and extensive wine list. Will definitely go back!

    Bad service, inept manager. I feel bad I picked this place fir our date night. We waited and waited for service. We had to rush to get to the show we were there to see. Food good, but was tainted by the poor service. Waited LONG periods repeatedly. No drinks before our appetizers - we just ordered beef and wine so really? Our waitress never acknowledged our waits, was sickeningly overly sweet, , manager knew there was an issue and never came to check on us - in fact he ran from my husband to try and avoid him when my husband went to speak to him at the end calmly....tables around us had erratic service. As we were finishing our entrees - my husband saw one of the wait staff who was resetting a table behind us drop the knife on the floor, reach down pick if up and put it on the table. Nausea enducing.....never again. Ask for fresh silverware and plan lots of extra time if you choose to go....

    We were really excited about Caputo, but unfortunately, the experience was not good. We arrived just before our 6pm reservation, and we're seated immediately. Our server did not greet us until 12 minutes later. We ordered cocktails and two appetizers. My partner's meatballs arrived relatively quickly but not my appetizer. So, he waited several minutes before eating them, as he was waiting for my food to arrive. After a while, I suggested he eat so they wouldn't get cold. I asked the food runner if he could please get us some water as we had not been given any, despite asking when our server first approached us. In the meantime, I asked another runner carrying several baskets of bread if we could have some, as we had not been offered any. My appetizer arrived, and then my cocktail. Then at 6:48 p.m., my partner's cocktail finally arrived. We ordered our entrees at that time. I ordered the tableside cacio pepe. The woman who made it was very nice and upbeat. However, it contained way too much grappa and was not edible. Overall, we were very disappointed by the food and especially the service.
