We invite you to drink and dine with us in our bright and lively restaurant, redolent with the aroma of delicious, authentic Turkish dishes grilled over charcoal, or slow cooked until tender. The décor is vibrant, the chairs comfortable, the atmosphere convivial and the cocktails made with fresh ingredients.
We offer a lovely lunch menu from 12-4pm Monday to Friday and a generous Cappa 4 course set menu which gives you the chance to sample the best that Türkiye has to offer.

We'd seen the TikTok and visited on the basis of it. We went with our 2 teenage children and loved the food, service, and venue. With a 10% tip and one round of drinks, a sharer starter and two more courses, and a couple of coffees worked out £50/head. The meat was cooked superbly, and everything was flavoursome. The Betyi Kebab wasn't as big as seen on the TikTok, but was plenty for my wife who ordered it. I left feeling it was worth the money overall - especially compared to lesser venues that might have saved us a few pounds. Don't have any negatives - we'll be going back.

We dined here for my daughter’s graduation and I was quite disappointed with the service. They kindly seated us quickly as we had arrived 15 minutes earlier than our booking. However, most notably, the service wasn’t great and we were quickly neglected. The table that was next to us and were seated after us were quickly served and had their order taken. Although our drinks order was taken promptly, our food order was not. We had to chase down a server several times to receive the complimentary bread, to order our food and order drinks throughout our meal. We noticed that the server in our section was asking all the tables around us if they were OK and whether their meal was enjoyable yet nobody checked on us once. We waited quite a while for our food yet parties seated after us, bigger and smaller, were served promptly. The food was OK - it was quite lukewarm and bland, the chips tasted like they were straight from the supermarket frozen section and quite expensive for what you get in comparison to other Turkish restaurants. The restaurant itself is quite aesthetic and had a good ambience. However, It was a shame that we received such poor service and felt quite unwelcome as well as neglected. It really put a damper on my daughter’s graduation day and quite frankly we spent a lot of our meal complaining about our differential treatment. We spent a sizeable amount yet weren’t treated that well throughout our experience. I would not return here again based on the service alone. We were treated very differently in comparison to the other tables until, I suspect, a server in the section overheard our complaints. I am not one to leave reviews but this was quite a disappointing experience and one that I must share to prevent others from experiencing the same thing. We travelled to Bristol to commemorate a special occasion and our experience here ruined the end of our day…

Our first visit to Cappadocia but already booked our return visit. Very impressed with the quality and authenticity of the dishes we had. The service was excellent and surroundings felt comfortable. We visit Turkey several times a year so we’re particularly keen to sample the menu - nothing failed to impress.

I have to mention we are Turkish and nothing will taste like home so nothing was wrong with the restaurant and it was packed we mostly enjoyed the meal overall there are things need to be mentioned 1)Prices comparison portions are high. If you pay £29 for a mixed grill in London you will get descent amount of meat. 2)Table plan upstairs is not good we have been seated to a table where I felt like I was in the middle of everything, all food drink service was passing through. 3)Deserts menu looks appealing but sadly disappointing when it arrives. Manager who greets is friendly all service teqm are friendly. We went there for my birthday and mentioned on the notes. Not expecting anything but some other tables got a song which could be nice.

Very large noisy setting on 2 floors Had a lift Full of all ages and types of people Staff were helpful, hardworking and attentive. Food came quite fast Meat needed cooking more and was of very mediocre quality. Felt like a production line. Walls were decorated in far too many large artificial flowers Very tacky in our opinion. Toilets clean, nice decor, but the whole place was more style than substance Seemed geared more to instagram/selfies than a good dining experience. Too many tables crammed into the dining space. Ideal venue for stag or hen parties, of which there were many. Not to our liking, but appeals to many. Very busy, so must be popular.

Starter was good, dessert was average but the mains were incredible. When I've had kebab other places it's always salty here was perfectly seasoned, the pizza was incredible, the rice wasn't good at all, and the salad was basic. Cold starters were ok, the star was the filo, halloumi and sausage and falafel on the hot Starter platter. Drinks were just OK, I would have soft drinks next time. But I will be coming back because overall it was really pleasing.
