Chef Ortiz is very talented and everything was delicious! I went to celebrate my birthday. The restaurant is beautiful. Service was excellent and Chef Ortiz even wished me a happy birthday! It’s on the 4th floor of the Signia Hilton. The hotel is brand new and it’s right near Mercedes Benz Stadium.

Capolinea opened a few months ago. The very high ratings on Open Table did not match our experience. The restaurant is beautiful and the food was very good (not great), but service was not up to par for this price point.

From parking to eating! The entire staff was amazing and kind! I suggest eating the entire menu, but please go hungry since the portions are a good size! Everything was fresh and well prepared! Definitely going back!

Capolinea's never disappoints. Last Friday evening was a little busier than we've seen in our past visits and we LOVE this. The word of Capolinea is finally spreading and the people are listening!!! It's about time, LOL!!! We are always greeted with open arms and warm welcoming smiles from the entire Capolinea team. Even with how busy they were, Sadique and I felt as if we were the only customer's. The service remained impeccable and consistent the entire evening. For us, service is what counts and keeps us coming back. Capolinea's has it down to a science. Armani, Marvella, Mackenzie, the other original team members, as well as the newest Capolinea team members, were absolutely amazing. The food was fresh, portions were perfect and the drinks were spot on. I promise you will leave Capolinea with the best, top-notch dining experience ever. It's a whole vibe! We will be back...soon! Arrived 15 minutes early for our reservation and were directed to wait in the adjoining bar despite there being empty tables. Once in the bar, we waited 25 minutes before we were asked for a drink order. This was declined because we had just been called to be seated for dinner. We ordered wine with dinner. Twenty five minutes later, no wine despite salad service. We had to ask for our wine order. One entree was spaghetti with added meatballs, which arrived without meatballs as requested. Our main server never acknowledged the error after another server corrected the order and offered bread with no butter. Also had to ask for utensils for one entree after they were previously removed after salad service. Our main server was not friendly or attentive. Business casual dress code was not honored by other patrons or required by restaurant management as indicated. Not our idea of fine dining.

This is a very nice in-hotel restaurant. The table side martini cart was a nice touch. Our server, Angela, did an awesome job with recommendations and providing prompt attention to any of our needs or requests. A bit pricey but worth it considering the level of service and cuisine.
