Start the meal off with a serving of hickory-smoked salmon in a dill mayo sauce, Southern style green tomatoes, or the best calamari in the city. Capers offers a diverse menu including mouth watering pastas, Hawaiian ribeye, apricot glazed New Zealand lamb, Mississippi catfish, Herb crusted grouper, Georgia mountain trout, and daily specials.

Always a good meal And the 1/2 portion is a great value Service was not up to usual b standards, mix up on sides and fries were not hot(replacement was very good)

The food was fantastic! Absolutely great and much better than I anticipated based on the ambiance. The restaurant needs a design update for sure. However, they had a piano player and signer that was a great feature. The service was good. They were super business on a Friday night so I kind of expected it and had the food not been so good, I would have rated everything lower. We will be back and I am looking forward to trying Sunday Brunch.

Outstanding meals and service! Our only complaint is that the music was so loud it was hard to have a conversation. It was also quite cold, which I know is difficult in a busy space.

Service was a little slow however not a problem. Server was excellent and accommodating. Three of us ordered the grouper and was not what we expected. Very thin and overcooked. The sauce helped but not much. Appetizer was awesome, bruchetta. I don't know if I would go back. If I did I would definitely try a different entree. I would recommend to others so that you could have your own experience.

Capers is a beautiful restaurant. Beautifully decorated. Atmosphere and service great. Although we had a reservation we had to wait. They seemed short handed and the nice hostess was hosting at the door and bussing tables. Not as organized as Fish Thyme. There isn’t a variety of impressive food and appetizer choices as Fish Thyme. My one daughter enjoyed her steak however the green beans were overcooked. The crab claw appetizer the claws were small and the taste off. The calamari was good and so were the fries. I had the crab cake entree which were big and puffy with more filler than crab meat, they lacked seasoning. My other daughter said her Salmon meal was lacking , with a strong fish smell and taste. The salmon was heavily seasoned with Old Bay, nothing special. The butter cake dessert was good. Overall the meal was just okay. We all prefer Fish Thyme. I believe if the meals we had were tweaked and improved they would taste better. I do recommend trying for yourself. Like I said, the some of te meal items were good and perhaps you will have a better meal experience. I do really like the ambiance of the resturant and the pleasant customer service.

My family loves Capers! We love the assortment of appetizers, soups & salads, entree's and sides. The Crab fingers appetizer is a favorite for those in my family. I love the Bruschetta!
