   Capers & Lemons condistently turns out excellent Italian cuisine with attentive service in a lovely, large suburban Wilmington setting. Highly recommended!

   They have cut back in the quality of the chicken in the chicken romano. Thin and dry. Everything else was fantastic and fresh.

   The bread was very stale. The waitress promised to come back to refill my drink when the food arrived…but didn’t. Also, we requested a booth, but were denied…even though we had a reservation. They told us booths are reserved for those with reservations—that made no sense. The main dinner was great, you just need to fix the frustrating issues

   Welcoming, everything so fresh and delicious! Staff are friendly, knowledgeable about the menu. My favorite restaurant!

   We had a wonderful family dinner! The food is very good and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend this place for groups or date night. Diverse menu, so something for everyone. Service was prompt, friendly and efficient.

   Once beloved restaurant has lost all its glow. Rude, RUDE hostess. So rude in fact instead of being seated we chose the bar. Bad descision. If you didn't know the bartender forget him even acknowledging you. There was a moment or 2 between him flirting with the ladies and sucking up to his regulars that we were served drinks. 27 minutes later, we had to raise our voices to get an app order in. Artichockes - skip 'em. All lettuce and lemon with very few actually artichoke quarters. Lump of cheese on side. FINALLY was able to get another drink and order dinner. I chose Shrimp Scampi app. 4 rock hard, over cooked shrimp on top of garlic bread mush swimming in lemon juice. Huge slices of raw garlic. I ate one shrimp and had to spit it out. Husbands veal parm was ok, but generic. On top of everything hostess cancelled reservation and I had to fight to get my OpenTable points back. (kudos to OpenTable) We still tipped $20 on a $60 tab. There for 2 hours and was o nly able to spend $60! Horrible. Premium Dining Group going the way of Darden Restaurants. So dissappointed a birthday dinner was ruined.

   Wanted a booth since we were there is celebrate my birthday. Even though there were empty booths when we arrived, we were told "they are already spoken for". Not happy about that. Booth across from us was empty for 45 minutes before someone was seated there!

   Lunch was delicious. I had an enjoyable lunch with a friend I have not seen in a while. The restaurant was moderately busy, but we did not feel rushed in the least. The waitstaff was friendly, professional and good at their jobs. We never felt interrupted. The food was the proper temperature and arrived in a timely fashion.

    Y dine there about once a month. Last nights meal was not up to par. Server was taxed with tables but she never lost track of us. My guests pizza got screwed up and a manager came over to explain the issue and apologized for the delay. I’d have to say they had an OFF. Night with us .
