Located in the Gloucester Passage overlooking the crystal blue waters of the Whitsundays, Cape Gloucester Resort is a 40-minute drive from Airlie Beach and one of the very few beachfront dining restaurant and accommodation venues on the mainland. Our Restaurant & Bar is Open from 10 am 7 days a week. Every meal is served up with panoramic views of the ocean and the dishes are created using only the freshest local ingredients. Enjoy a cocktail poolside after your meal while you relax in the tropical Whitsunday Lifestyle, or sit back Beachfront watching the Sun Set over the Coral Sea. Reservations are preferred for Lunch and Dinner Bookings. Live Music every Sunday from 1pm

Great food, lovely service. Fun for all kids and adults. Highly recommend. My husband and I had the sea food share platter it was amazing and so filling for the two of us.

The thunderstorm had just started when we arrived. They had us seated within minutes and were very prompt with the service. Unfortunately our friends were a little under-whelmed with their meals. They both had the fish and it was overcooked and quite dry. My meal was delicious and my husband was happy with his meal. Thank you for your service. It was a lovely way to spend our New Years Day. Ps. So glad I pre booked.

Was really happy with my experience at cape Gloucester. Food was amazing. Atmosphere was great too. Only thing that lets it’s down is two small toilets in the ladies bathroom which are not kept clean. The bin was overflowing with rubbish and it was so hot 🥵 in the toilet… like a sauna. I did unfortunately happen to be in there when another patron was smoking cannabis and nearly choked from the smell - the dirty 60 year old women left!! Please put up some no smoking 🚭 on the toilet doors for these idiots.

We had the most amazing New Year’s Eve at Cape Gloucester! The setting was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and a beautiful ambience that made the evening feel so special. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious, and the live music added the perfect touch to the night. One of the best parts was the convenience of the shuttle bus service, which picked us up and dropped us home safely—such a thoughtful addition that made the night stress-free.

The most beautiful food in an absolutely stunning location. The freshest salad I think j have ever eaten. Eco has always been a wonderful experience but yesterday felt like they’d really stepped it up.
