    The service was great and they got the food out quickly! The food was good. The carrot cake is awesome! We've had several experiences here and they have all been good.

    Cap City is typically always a good dining experience. This time, we did encounter an issue. My wife ordered a cheeseburger and specified well done (no pink in the interior), but the burger was served with a rather pink interior. The server was very helpful and another burger was brought, but once again, way too pink inside to my wife's liking. Many compliments to the server, however as he went out of his way to be helpful and considerate. Blame the cook this disappointment.

    After having the perfect meal, great staff and beautiful restaurant. I asked myself. Why do I go anywhere else? Perfect!

    Our server (I think his name was Austin) was excellent at guiding us to the best menu options and he was very nice

    We love this place. Brittany was great. We ordered the wings to start and the crab cakes for our meal.

    Food was delicious Our Server a very attentive and took care of all our needs. Drinks were deliver promptly.  Timing of appetizers and our meal was perfect. My only complaint would be the noise level. I found it noise level took away from the overall experience.

    Some of my favorite meals have been moved to the blue plate special so I was disenchanted by that.

    Let me start by saying the staff was attentive and friendly. It had the diner feel and all the good you would expect from that experience. The volume of food was huge. I was excited it was our first time at Cap City and looked forward to the meatloaf dinner. I was disappointed , while it wasn't bad, it was average and dry. I expected since the meatloaf was stacked on the Texas toast it was to absorb the juices from the meatloaf. It was extremely dry. The mash potatoes were cold. The Broccoli was well seasoned and excellent. If you are going to make a stack like that i would just make sure the meat basted and moist or don't put the dry toast under it. My mother ordered the fish and chips and it was exceptionally good. The fish was flaky and up to temperature. The only other issue was we ordered desserts. The Chocolate cake was extremely dry even with the chocolate sauce. Both pieces. The carrot cake was moist and delicious. So it was a mixed bag. The thing that was a saving grace for us to try again was the staff. Our waitress was Kiya she was absolutely amazing. If we come again we will request Kiya. Hope this helps.
