We received wonderful service from Summer and team. The food is healthy and the small salad with vinaigrette is refreshing. We split the all American breakfast and hearty protein bowl & added a juice & coffee. It was just the right portion and started the day off well!

Excellent service by Sidney and team and healthy food options by the Canyon Ranch Spa entrance on the Palazzo side. Can’t wait to come back in September!

This is the best breakfast place in Vegas. I have to eat here everytime I’m in Vegas. Great juices and organic food. Also best servers and hostesses Just love it.

A wonderful place to visit. I’ve been coming to this establishment for years. They’re always friendly, courteous and provide excellent service. The food selection offers various options. I appreciate how they always ask about dietary restrictions. The food is fresh, healthy, and made to order. I truly love patronizing the Canyon Ranch Café.

We were looking for a quiet place to have brunch at the Palazzo with friends. Canyon Ranch Cafe was great, compared to all the loud restaurants closer to the casino areas. Food was delicious and our server Manny was very attentive. We stayed for almost 3 hours catching up with our friends.
