Directions from Venetian Tower: 4th Floor Guest Elevators, follow signs for the Canyon Ranch Spa + Fitness. Walk Passed the Rock Wall and Follow Signs for the Palazzo Tower and Towards the Palazzo Pool Entrance. The Café is just past the Palazzo Tower Spa Lobby and the Canyon Ranch Beauty Salon

A wonderful place to visit. I’ve been coming to this establishment for years. They’re always friendly, courteous and provide excellent service. The food selection offers various options. I appreciate how they always ask about dietary restrictions. The food is fresh, healthy, and made to order. I truly love patronizing the Canyon Ranch Café.

We were looking for a quiet place to have brunch at the Palazzo with friends. Canyon Ranch Cafe was great, compared to all the loud restaurants closer to the casino areas. Food was delicious and our server Manny was very attentive. We stayed for almost 3 hours catching up with our friends.

Quiet spot in the otherwise busy Palazzo tower. Food was delicious, though menu is limited. No restaurants at the Venetian provide value; they're all overpriced.

We always stop here and eat after our day spa. The food is delicious and the ambiance is low key and quiet. Just a nice break from the noise.
