Canyon Breeze Restaurant at Red Mountain Resort offers spectacular red rock views and ample seasonal outdoor patio seating. The menu created by our Executive Chef Doug Gerpheide inspires our guests who appreciate thoughtful, made from scratch dishes using local and sustainably sourced ingredients. Canyon Breeze is in Ivins, minutes away from Tuacahn Amphitheater and Snow Canyon State Park. Open for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Sunday Brunch. Beer, Wine and Cocktail Menu available.

    Love to see a few more entree choices for dinner. Maybe wood fire pizzas or a shrimp pasta . Service is always excellent

    Our server, Cindy was kind but shared a whole new menu was sprung on her right when she walked in the door to work that day. The old menu was on opposite side and she constantly had to inform customers to “ignore” the other side. The room near windows smelled musty but the music was a very nice, low level. The chicken tacos were very tasty! I don’t think we will eat here again unless we were a guest at the resort and had no other choice.

    I really wanted to like this place. The resort and spa are incredible, but to be very honest the restaurant has some catching up to do. They either need to revamp the whole menu, or lower the prices by a lot, because most of our food was mediocre at best, and that’s being generous. The salmon was extremely over peppered and underwhelming for $45 and should have come with a small side. The scallops were undercooked. I will say the bread was good and they had a decent wine selection for Utah, but all in all I was not impressed. Being honest because I absolutely love this resort and hope they are able to improve the restaurant, because that’s the only part of the resort that’s lacking. I will add a positive statement that the staff here was wonderful, and we had great service! And the ambiance was nice. But food itself was not good and not worth the prices

    Have been before to Canyon Breeze and always loved the food. They had a daily menu that repeated week to week. Now, they have just 1 menu served everyday. Unfortunately, the entree selection has 5 total, 2 of which are seafood. A member of our party has seafood allergies, so for a stay of 5 days, had a selection of just 3 entrees, 2 of which were red meat. Why not have a "special" of the day to at least add something new. Menu compositions also lacking. A buffalo filet accompanied by some brown beans in sauce. That's it. No veg. Appearance was terrible. On the positive side, the strip steak was large and colorful with a green herb sauce and cherry tomatoes. Prices also up substantially. Very disappointed.

    Sorry to say: The Korean chicken sandwich was like eating fried rope (so I didn’t). The salmon was also tasteless, overcooked, and the sauce was unpleasant. The fresh fruit bowl was unripe and inedible. The staff was very sweet though! Kind of forced to eat here for several days but wouldn’t have had I had a choice.

    This was our first time at the Canyon Breeze Restaurant. It was Mother’s day, and I found this restaurant had availability. I’m so glad we at there because it was in a really nice area. The Sunday Mother’s Day brunch was out of this world. The staff were very accommodating. We will definitely be eating there again soon.

    Disappointed that the menu changed since our 2022 experience, but very pricey meal was still quality. Although I typically expect a side with a $45+ salmon or ribeye, I’ll admit the entree was delicious and cut size ample. Since they’ve disposed of specials and the menu is limited, our visits will be as well.
