Seated quickly in the veranda which we requested. Our wait person was very erratic. He brought our drinks, then shortly afterward he oddly asked is if he had delivered them or if someone else had. Then very long wait for appetizers. One of our party was served the wrong entree (trout instead of the seafood pasta). The server was very apologetic but we had a very long wait for the correct entree, which ultimately was served in a take out container because the rest of us had already finished our meals. We were quite disappointed in our experience overall.

Service is always consistent and professional. The chef is kind enough to plate according to one guests request and we enjoy calamari, octopus, shrimp & farro as well as caprese appetizers. Nice meeting your new general manager and running into Mario!

The food and service were top notch. The sausage and peppers appetizer was fantastic. We really loved the focaccia bread as well. My wife and I had the pasta bolognese and the pasta with ground sausage and both were delicious. We can’t wait to come back and try more menu items!

Food and service was excellent. It was a little too loud as there was a private party on the second floor with kids that were running around and screaming.

Adam was a great server. The food is delicious and the portions very generous. Not inexpensive, but we have yummy leftovers. My favorite is the arugula salad and the branzino dinner. We ordered the freshest caprese salad for the table. Nice wine. I had a peach sangria. Our fave.

Absolutely wonderful birthday lunch. The pasta couldn't have been better. The waitstaff was kind and very efficent. A great experience!!!

Cantoro's Trattoria is consistently good since they opened. The staff are great. Our wait staff person Katrina, who we've had before, was wonderful. Yesterday, we had a party of 7 for lunch. Everyone loved their meals and Katrina made sure that everything was OK. Just be prepared to spend a lot of money between the restaurant and the market. The market also has great food items like their fresh home-made pasta that they serve in the restaurant. Julie Booth

Cantoro Trattoria was great as usual, with very good foods, wines, & service. We've been going there for group dinners of 8 to 20+ people for the past 20 years. Cantoro's Market next door is outstanding too. BUT the OpenTable reservation system is NOT Customer Friendly. I did not earn any points because I failed to check the box that I wanted to earn points when I booked the reservation for a table for 12 people, and would have been only 100 points whether for a table for 12 or for 2. I would like to know why they even have that check box at the bottom of the reservation process that is very easy to overlook? Or why isn't it automatically checked as the default? Who would not want to earn points anyway? With OpenTable's customer un-friendly system, it's no wonder that so many other restaurants are switching to other reservation systems such as Resy.
