I love this place. I got to sit in the VIP spot after waiting for five minutes and I got to eat a nice dinner with the love of my life. The cantina burrito was really good, but I wish I didn't get it smothered in queso. My girlfriend loved the chicken enchilada and the tamarindo mojitos they had. Branden Powers did a phenomenal job with the interior decoration as always. I wish I brought one of my Walter Mercado knick knacks to sit at the table with us so I could show it off. There was a photographer present who took good photos and framed them for $20 each. I love the animatronic woman who hollers at the restaurant, but she's too quiet. The bathroom is funny.

Food is good so are the drinks. If you’re going and want to have a conversation with the people at your table it’s a little difficult because of the noise level. But it’s a fun place with a cool vibe and I would definitely recommend it.

This is a colourful lively place, perhaps loud, but the food and value are exceptionally good so worth the strange interludes of squeaks and flashing lights. Interior design is beautiful.

Enjoyed the food and service. Decor of the guy on the wall is a bit weird almost cult like but everything else is great

What an incredible experience from the minute we walked in the door! My husband and I were out for a date night and it was our first time coming here. It felt like they had rolled out a red carpet for us! We were honored to sit in the vip corner. All of the staff was so friendly, attentive and entertaining. I enjoyed learning about Walter Mercado as I genuinely enjoy learning about other cultures in general. The atmosphere is festive, eclectic and a bit campy, which makes it fun. The specialty cocktail list is top notch! I personally enjoyed a guava margarita. The food is good but average. Save room for the churros and ice cream, it's huge! I highly recommend this restaurant.

Food was great, service was speedy, this is not a place you can just hang and have a conversation. We were asked to leave so that they could set up for a large group. They said we could move to a bar area but, sorry we had a reservation and wanted to chat for a little while longer. That was a disappointment. Overall a very cool place.

Had a weird experience ! Went in and girl at the front sits me and my dad in the front of the resturant right next to the only other black family in there. The restaurant was not full because they kept bringing multiple white families to the back & didnt sit one family in the front where we were . When I went to use the restroom the back had not one black person. It was clear they segregated us. Would not go back because the food also was not worth . and it was embarrassing as it was clear to all those walking by that the only two black families were sat away from the main part of the resturant. Wanted to talk to them about this before I left but the girl was not around. It's a bad look and sad we still live in a world like this. It was truly disgusting and made for a uncomfortable dining experience. I could tell when I asked where the restroom was the server knew that I would then confirm the segregation . It was extremely awkward amd unsettling. How terrible of a rwsturant to pedastool certain people this and co tinue to be part of the problems in this world. But are playing multiple 90's !R& Bs song.

The male bartender made an amazing midori margarita Food was not the normal good for some reason I love the appetizers just need to work on beans and rice Weird night for food but drinks were amazing
