    We had a good experience but my partners aglio e olio looked like it was in a butter soup. Not what we were expecting. The vibe is nice and the staff were very friendly!

    We came in on Sunday at 1 PM. On Sundays, we were told only the Brunch menu is available until 3 PM. Nevertheless the offerings were delicious and good portions for the price.

    We were a party of three attending for a friend's birthday. The appetizer (calamari) was fresh, lightly breaded, and not at all greasy so overall, delicious. The initial round of cocktails too were well made. Our main courses, however, were very disappointing- two of us had pasta carbonara- the pasta was VERY undercooked/bordering on raw (and yes, I know al dente, and this was NOT). The sauce was excessive and the huge pile of cheese on top of the pasta was un-necessary and did not add any value to the meal. We barely touched ours and left most of it on the plate. My other friend's red pasta with sauce was extremely salty and unappetizing as well- she ate the pasta and left most of the sauce because she was very hungry, but did not enjoy it. The server noted our concern and removed two of the three pasta meals from our bill. The service was hit or miss as well. We ordered our appetizer and sat with it (and our menus) for some time before she returned to take our main order. After our main dish, she returned with dessert (which we did not order, but appreciated the consideration) but left without providing spoons to eat it with (!) and we had to aggressively flag down another server to get utensils. I would expect if serving a table a poorly received meal, that some additional effort might be paid to engage with the patrons. This did not appear to be the case. I think the overall experience could be much better- with a small menu, the expectation is that your dishes are well prepared and on point. I'm sad to say we won't be returning.

    I was on a date last night around 8:30, we were sat early. I was terribly unimpressed with the service. At every stage of service I had to get a servers attention. I had to ask to order drinks, I had to ask to order appetizers, I had to ask for someone to take our order. My date ordered a Negroni and it was clearly forgotten (was nicely comped however), when it did arrive. My date's food was clearly untouched, and no touch point was done to see if it was ok. Our table was cleared and I had to ask for the bill. I was a server for a number of years, and last night I felt I was serving myself. This was my 3rd visit, and the worst of the 3. I won't be back.

    Excellent food and atmosphere! Heard a lot about the Negroni on tap but it was a let down. The drink was watered down and the cup it was served in was a small plastic cup.

    The food was fantastic! Everyone in our party got a different pasta dish and all were perfectly cooked and had well balanced flavors. We had to make reservations for an early dinner (4:45pm) as there were none available between 5-9pm (on a weeknight). However, by the time we finished dinner (~630pm) the restaurant was still very empty. Not sure if this is the norm. Service was meh, the server wasn't very attentive and seemed annoyed when someone in our party had questions about the dish.

    Our place --as requested at the bar--was ready for us on arrival, and we were warmly greeted. Our choices of wines by the glass were great--although we would appreciate having one or two additional choices, for variety. (Hint!) Our salada mista was superb, and the grilled asparagus with hazelnuts simply stunning. The warmed olives with pecorino a wonderful side dish! The rose on tap was a true surprise--more flavour than we expected, as nicely recommended by the server. Our servers were friendly and efficient. We love this place in the heart of our community.
