                                    Everyone from the two hostess to our waiter was very attentive and made great recommendations. The food was well seasoned.

                                    My wife didn't like the desert, but the other food was great. The service was wonderful.

                                    Overall, it was a nice experience. Initially, they said us at a table where the window was very stained and smudgy, and you couldn’t get a clear view outside, therefore, I asked if we can be moved to the next table over and when the hostess went to check with the front desk, they came back and said that we couldn’t sit there.  Now the section we were in was completely empty. It was just me and my friend and the table that they said us at was the table next to the one that I had requested. I wasn’t quite sure what the problem was, and I thought that was a little strange. As far as the food, I didn’t find it worth the money and I also found it to be a combination of way too many different textures and flavors. I think they should have more straightforward simpler items to choose from without all of the extra. I would’ve liked a nice green salad, or maybe some lobster bisque soup.  I do understand the Australian theme and flavors but at the same time, it would be good to have just a nice pasta dish without or hummus. However, the bread was awesome. Taylor, our server was very nice and accommodating.

                                    Outstanding as usual. Attentive but unrushed service (great job, Frank!). Excellent wine pairing suggestions. Our favorite restaurant to celebrate special events.

                                    Canoe is just wonderful! Eating delicious food and drinking in a beautiful garden setting next to the river on a gorgeous fall evening is my favorite! We’ve been several times over the last several years and are never disappointed. Recently, our servers have been Savanah and Myranda (name spelling?) and they’ve both been extremely professional, kind, accommodating and fun. They each ho over and beyond in their work. An example we can share is … several months ago my husband and I shared the most AMAZING pistachio desert at Canoe. I am always a chocolate fan or a fan of the caramel popcorn and ice cream they have, but this pistachio dessert was amazing! When we went back after that visit, they were no longer serving it and we nearly fell off our chairs. After several visits, we met Myranda and “whined & complained”about it to her… she promised to call us if it ever came back. Well, a couple of weeks later it did come back for one night and Myranda DID try to call us. We never connected, but c’mon! The woman totally tried to call us to tell us a dessert was back for one night! Anyway, the pistachio dessert is now back on the menu (for now) and we couldn’t be happier. I’m dedicated to the popcorn caramel ice cream, but you can’t take ice cream home. So, we got 2 pieces of the pistachio to go and have been enjoying them thoroughly at home. Anyway - we love Canoe and will be back again asap.

                                    We had an amazing view of the river. Very peaceful and quiet place to have a late lunch! Some of the best service I remember having in a restaurant. All the food was amazing. Would definitely come here again!

                                    I’ve never been disappointed with Canoe. The food and service are always exemplary and it’s one of the best atmospheres in Atlanta.

                                    The Kangaroo, Rabbit and Beef Tenderloin were amazing!!! Would highly recommend the Tom Riddle cocktail if you are dining in the fall! We had the best anniversary dinner. Wonderful and attentive wait staff too!
