We were seated immediately and our waitress was attentive, accurate and prompt. Food came out from appetizers to dessert absolutely delicious. Could not have had a better experience.

Over an hour wait for 3 pizzas. We gave up waiting. They still made us wait to pay the check for one beer. They were completely disinterested. One to avoid.

Cane Rosso: White Rock Simply stated, we would have liked to have seen more of our server. There is more to service than taking the order and bringing a check after you are finished eating. (It is worse when your check arrives when you are still enjoying your meal). Temperature is very important to Neapolitan Pizza, specifically as to taste and texture. You immediately know there is an issue when the cheese has not properly been cooked and did not have an opportunity to melt. Finally, Neapolitan Margherita pizza, should always be topped off with fresh basil and extra-virgin olive oil, which were missing from our pizza. We have been fortunate to enjoy Cane Rosso since it opened in Deep Ellum. It's time to turn back time and embrace its history of excellence once again. Maybe a different location would improve the experience.

Terrific experience. We appreciated them accommodating our extra person and patience while we waited for them to arrive. Pizza was very good

My husband had never been to Cane Rosso before, so I was so excited to introduce him to some of the best Pizza in Dallas! Sadly, I’ll likely never get him to come back. Our waitress never introduced herself (or really spoke to us at all) but she was a very unfriendly, average height, brunette with a pony tail. We were seated on the left side of the main room of the restaurant. We ordered an appetizer, then ordered our entrees about 10-15 minutes later. Our appetizer and my husband’s entree came up shortly after. We waited a total of 20 minutes after his entree came to receive mine. We received no communication (or check in) from our waiter so eventually chased down another waiter to see where mine was. He was very kind, apologized and said he would speak to a manager. A manager never came to our table, our waitress slammed my entree down and said “this is the worst day ever” before she stormed off. She never said that she was sorry for the poor service/entree delay and didn’t speak another word to us. The food was delicious but we didn’t love having to watch each other eat and agreed that it was the worst service we’ve experienced in years. Shocked that they can get away with that with the plethora of restaurants in Dallas.
