This is the second time I’ve been to this restaurant. It’s quite a bit like a fancy restaurant in most ways. Except that each time loud, screaming little children have come in as guests and disrupted my meal to the point where I wanted to take my meal home, so I could enjoy it. It is completely on the parents to be disciplining their children, but, of course, they don’t. At that point, the Manager or AM needs to step in, and, at least let the customer know that their inattentiveness has now rubbed other customers the wrong way, and that their behavior is unacceptable/or that they should think about taking their food (and children) to go. Or get together a good kid’s menu to keep them very busy, because the current model is not working! Management not interjecting is NOT working! I still want to come to your restaurant. The food is great, the ambiance otherwise is very nice, the staff is very friendly. It’s just that a few bad customers are impacting a lot, and you CAN be proactive and profitable at the same time.

Patio was pleasant with the fans & shade in place. Pizza & appetizers were delicious. Drinks were chilled & refreshing.

A favorite neighborhood spot which has good food (we really prefer the white pizzas and there are plenty of choices). Wood fired oven makes huge difference. Can eat inside, outside patio, or way outside in family park area. Staff attentive but not hovering. Will keep coming back

Food was very good, but service was completely overmatched for the time slot (7pm on Friday). Waited for 15-20 min for drinks (had to ask 2-3 different servers), and then appetizers and dinner came at the same time!!? Suggests to me that either there was inadequate coordination / supervision, or staff didn’t care.
