From its beginning as a mobile pizza operation to multiple locations across the DFW metroplex, Cane Rosso restaurants continue to evolve and make bellies happy! From handmade dough and mozzarella made in-house daily for our wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas to fresh pasta, authentic Italian desserts, wines, cocktails, local brews, and unique takes on classic, traditional Italian dishes, everyone is sure to find something they enjoy. Been here a few times, this visit was lacking, both pizzas, a white and a red were way underdone and were drowning in cheese.

The pizza is really good. We see why it’s so popular in Dallas. The service was great, even though they were a bit understaffed at the time we were there (Sunday early evening). Enjoyed the whole experience, including the low amount of the bill!

Service was excellent! Our server was very knowledgeable and friendly, providing us with menu suggestions and helping us navigate the menu. The food overall was not exciting - we ordered the focaccia which wasn't focaccia at all, just a very flat pizza crust. It tasted alright but not at all what we were expecting. We also ordered the truffle & prosciutto pizza; toppings were alright but the pizza crust was extremely flimsy and impossible to eat with your hands. Overall, the ambiance and service was great but the food needs a bit of work.

My husband and I split the pear fall salad and a pizza. It was just the right amount of food and it was excellent. Good beer on draft as well. We will definitely go again.

WE are never disappointed with Cane Rosso _Deep Elum. I requested that the garlic be kept out of my pizza and that it\s be lightly cooked and that is exactly how it came out. We had a salad to start which was perfect to share. Service efficient , attentive and friendly.
