   Canard was a magnificent meal for our wedding anniversary! The service allowed for us to take our time and be responsive to our needs! The steak tartare and the eggs with mayonnaise were amazing starters!! Highly recommend!! We enjoyed the wines by the glass and cocktails were delicious accompaniments! Our main dishes of the trout and mushrooms were delicious, and our deserts rounded out one of our best meals in Portland this year! Highly recommend A+++!!

   INCREDIBLE food. Excellent service! Definitely a favorite. Sit at the bar so you can watch the masters work!

   Ate at the counter. Best steak frites you will ever have (including in France - better beef!). Added the foie gras, why not. Excellent small wine list, fairly priced for what you get. Prompt, knowledgeable service. Will be back, highly recommend.

   It’s been a while since I’ve dined here. I think that it’s better than ever. I appreciate how the menu has evolved as well. Excellent service and great food

   Great food,m at Canard and it has such a charming ambience as well. My only critique is that the space is a little crowded for the amount of people they seat and the background music can be little loud at times, but the food and service absolutely make up for it all. I have recommended this place many times though to friends and family and will continue to do so. I especially recommend ordering the foie gras and the duck stack pancakes. They're so good everytime I go. 100% would recommend this restaurant, and those dishes in particular.

   Very nice cocktails! Food was excellent! Service top notch! Only downside was the death metal band sound checking upstairs! LoL!

   Love Canard! A classic for yummy, french inspired food. Steak frites are incredible, and the steam burgers are a classic comfort food. Salads are delicious as well. Great service, very professional staff that make you feel very comfortable and welcome. Thanks for a great night!
