Anything Gabe & Andy (and Ben!) do is always a treat. Dylan was our magical server who 1) found my dropped phone before I could even bend beneath the bar to grab it and 2) had maybe the greatest sweater ever - 10/10, no notes. The entire dining experience was thoughtful, and joyous, and well-paced - a perfect reminder of why it’s always worth the drive into Portland to dine at gems like Canard. We will be back again and again and again. <3

The dumplings are hard to describe how unbelievable they are! The experience was amazing!

We loved our entire meal but, The Foie Gras Dumplings…. Were absolutely Exquisite.

Amazing food creatively prepared and presented. We celebrated a friend’s birthday there and it was wonderful.

The food was good and the service was exceptional. The high prices for wine by the glass felt abusive. Loud volume, need sound deadening features on the walls / ceiling.

We had an amazing dinner at Canard. It’s been a while since I went last time and it was the first time for my friend and it certainly didn’t disappoint! Started with scallop crudo and the pear salad to share and both were amazing. My friend had two steamed buns and we then shared the foie gras dumplings that was out of this world, I can highly recommend them! He then had the Canard that was cooked to perfection and I had the albacore poivre which was the best seared albacore I have had for a while. Finished with soft served. All in all 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The noise level in this restaurant is much too loud. The food was good but I wouldn’t describe it as great. Service was excellent.

I can’t believe that I have lived in Portland for 3 years and haven’t been to Canard. It was awesome. It is now my #1 PDX restaurant. Excellent food, engaged hosts, wonderful vibe. Will return as frequently as possible.
