The waiter was so kind. The food was amazing. Everything came out super quick! Only negative comment I have is the price of my cocktail was very overpriced ($17) while delicious it’s outrageous for one drink.

I was excited to try the Hunters Chicken with pork belly & cognac that is listed on their online menu as well as presented to us in the restaurant on their menu. Unfortunately it was no longer offered. Back up choice Butternut squash ravioli with a sage butter sauce and kale potato hash. I liked the hash but felt the ravioli had a weird sweetness to it and was dry due as not enough sauce. I did not finish it. My husband had the Camp Fire Burger which was local beef and perfectly cooked. He had a side of Mac n cheese with local meirers cheese which was a little too milky for us & lacked cheese taste and texture.

The food was unique and absolutely amazing. The service was absolutely horrible. Our waitress/hostess spent her time sitting with her legs up on her phone and acted like it was a surprise when we wanted another round of drinks. It took forever to get anything including the food which would have been acceptable (it was worth the wait) if she had checked on us. We were there for 2 hours and had 2 drinks, no appetizers and didn’t even consider dessert because we could not wait to leave. Very unfortunate experience.

We had high hopes for this restaurant as the place is aesthetically very nice. Our server was pleasant and that’s the best I can say. The food was trash and mistakes were made. My 10 year old is a bit picky so we stuck with a burger and asked the waiter for a plain burger with no cheese. When he delivered the food the burger was of course a cheeseburger. I brought this up to the server who apologized and sent it back. He came back moments later with a “new burger” which was obviously the same one but scraped most of the cheese off and flipped over in the bun. We didn’t feel like arguing so we did our best with it and found the burger to be very undercooked and raw in the middle. I ordered a mushroom soup that was bland and needed salt and the special; steak filled with lobster and mushrooms. The steak was fatty and gray throughout and the lobster smelled fishy. I stuck with the dry mashed potatoes and broccolini sides and left the entree. We were very disappointed and would not go back. Such a shame for a pretty spot but it’s all looks and no substance.

On the pricy side but the food and service was good. A few members of my party got the burger, which looked underwhelming to me, but they seemed to like it.

We have been here before, we like the hotel. The service was just ok and the waiter dumped a drink all over my mother. Food was good but they seemed disorganized and unprepared to have people eating there… seems awkward to say that but the most accurate. I would still recommend and it is interesting but be prepared.
