As a licensed restaurant and bar, we specialize in crafting international dishes using the freshest local sea catches. With both indoor and outdoor seating for 60 guests, including dog-friendly options, Cammies offers a tranquil escape with hassle-free accessibility and ample free parking.

My grandson and I had a wonderful meal here. The food is so good. Sadly we were the only people there hence the low score for ambience, however, it is a beautiful restaurant & on a busy day I could see it having a wonderful buzz. Several people told us it’s “the go to place for a Sunday roast and also on Christmas Day. “The staff were wonderful with my grandson who had never used chopsticks before , teaching him how. He has a new skill! I would highly recommend!

My first visit at cammies, love their vegan options, and the venue is fully accessible, dog friendly too. Friendly staff. Highly recommend Tofu platter, and dumpling soup.

We went for the Sunday carvery and it was amazing! Lots to choose from and the staff were fantastic. First time we have tried Cammies but it certainly it won’t be the last. ***100% would recommend*** Looking forward to trying the Sri Lankan night soon 😋

After 1 hour and 40 mins our table of 4 still had not been served the food. We were led to believe (as we were walking out) that there was an issue with a chef being absent. We are very understandable people and if we had received any form of communication at all throughout our 1.4 hour wait we would have done our best to be understanding. Front of house arguing with kitchen staff, forgotten drinks orders - it just wasn’t good enough. Only 5 tables in total and 4 staff working - really shouldn’t have been as bad service as it was. Due to the very unprofessional way our meal was handled, lack of apology or communication I will not be returning. Such a shame as we, and other customers we spoke to, really want to support local business.

This is a great restaurant - calm and spacious, with lovely staff and superb food. As we work our way through the menu, it's all been good and I can particularly recommend the seafood risotto!

First time visit and we will definitely be back. 6 diners all choosing different dishes and all beautifully presented and cooked. Prawn dumplings, monkfish curry and laksa were particular favourites. Excellent service and good value for money - what more can you ask for.

We're really happy to see Cammies serving Sunday carvery again. We received a warm welcome on arrival and were seated next to the window. The room was bright and airy and very pleasant. The carvery was fresh and plentiful with lots of choice of veg and meats, served with all the usual accompaniments like horseradish sauce, gravy, mustard etc. There was a choice of 3 meats which looked fresh, juicy and very inviting. The choice of sweets was just enough to be tempting, the sticky toffee pudding was especially good! All in all it was a lovely lunch and we will definitely be returning for more.
