Overall, our group was quite disappointed. The room is lovely and the hotel is beautiful. But the service was lacking. They need more servers. They had two gentlemen trying to handle the entire room and as a result, it took a very long time to receive our tea and even longer for our food to arrive. And the food was very average- a beautiful presentation, but nothing really remarkable on the platters. Overall – we were disappointed, and I don’t think I would recommend the tea to others.

Atmosphere was excellent. Beautiful furnishings. Tea was great. Great customer service. Food was pretty good. The experience was worth the money!

Lovey ambience but Tea Time was way overpriced. Food was basic and super small portions. And server forgot tea after sparkling rose until we were halfway done with our savory bites.

We were here for tea, the service and choices of tea were excellent. However the food was not worth the price. And the room was super loud which ruined the atmosphere

Great service and very cute venue. However, this is not a normal afternoon tea, with scones and sandwiches, despite the printed menu. It’s 1 course of chilled canapés and 1 course of sweets and a mini-scone. My mom and I went out for pizza afterward because we were not satisfied. This would be best for a snack tea between lunch and dinner.

Very cute but not worth the price tag. It is definitely over priced for the quantity and quality of food you get, even for a tea time experience. Great service though, and cute venue.

We came here on a mother-daughter Charleston trip and it felt like all of our dreams of the numerous tea parties we would have when I was a kid came true and were far greater than my imagination. Such a special place! I felt like I was in a mixture of Barbie & Bridgerton! Aimee and Tyler made our experience flawless. Aimee was attentive, warm, and welcoming. Stellar service!

For what you are paying, the food is not worth it. Nothing tasted freshly made. And the offering is limited compared to other high tea experiences we have done elsewhere.

Lovely experience. Felt sorry for the one server who had to serve an entire room. Would have loved to try more teas but she was so busy. Food was amazing and the environment was perfection.
