Cristo and Rafael are back for their eighth summer at Calissa playing the hits of the Gypsy Kings. Dinner reservations are subject to a $150 per person minimum for tables on Calissa's terrace and a $100 per person minimum for tables in the garden.

The food was very disappointing, they didn’t know how to make steaks, a couple of us ordered steaks, none of these were made properly. Mine was so overcooked that it tasted like rubber, and I had to send back and while the remake was better, still not great, and it was $78. For the price they charge, you’d think it’s going to be somewhat decent. Gave it overall 3 stars since the manager was very nice and comped us some drinks. However, when we got drinks at the bar past 11p, they were way overpriced. Paid $64 for two drinks, $10 was “admin fee”, AND their cocktails are premade. The only reason I didn’t give it two stars was because of the manager, but there are better places in the Hamptons like SouthHamptons social club than this one.

The hostess was kind enough to accommodate our table request. Food was generally OK, but more oily than usual. Quality has gone downhill significantly since opening. Our server was attentive and didnt rush us. Overall good and acceptable experience given that it is one of the more vibe-y places in the Hamptons.

Calissa has changed into more of a club scene. It was huge parties of mostly women bachelorette groups and the menu has changed. It is very basic. Food was fine.

This restaurant is fantastic! The owner James is extremely friendly & warm and made our dining experience great! Would like to mention that our food choices were delicious (canary branzino, crudo & more)the chef Alex really puts his mind & heart into the cuisine! You must try Calissa!!!

Fun evening with good service and great drinks. The food was average. Good appetizers but family style entrees weren’t that good. Big tomahawk steak was tasty but about 1/3 of it was very fatty. Really big whole fish tasted a little off and wasn’t served in a way to have a big group easily eat it.
