We were seated 20 min after reservation time which was not bad because they were very busy. We ordered and waited an hour for our main dishes to arrive. Thankfully the appetizers came in a timely manner so we had something to eat. We will not go back to this location due to the wait time for food.

Under staffed for a holiday weekend, orders were not correct. Waitress worked her tail off for far too many tables.

Decent spot, food was ok, some good some not so good. Nothing special, Naked wings were great, fried to death pickle chips were dry, way overcooked. My son’s burger was cooked perfectly, tried the BBQ sampler, when you advertise “best ribs in America” or whatever it says on the building, you better bring it, they didn’t, salty and very dry. Pulled pork was very plain, not much flavor and also dry.. brisket was surprisingly good, as was the smoked 1/2 chicken. Loaded baked potato was tasty, but cold in the center. Service was some of the best we have had in town so far. Our waitress, wish I knew her name, was outstanding and very attentive. Price wasn’t too bad, but not sure we’d go back, maybe for a burger and the 1/2 chicken

Great food, great service, and all of our group enjoyed dining here. We will definitely be back next time we're in the area!

I reserved a table for 6 + a high chair. When we arrived we had maybe a 5 minute wait be fore being seated. The restaurant was packed with people. After being brought to our large corner booth, 2 of us with larger bellies could not fit. The hostess who was crazy busy didn’t have another table available. She was very very nice and said give me about 15 to 20 minutes and I will have a table ready. In less than 10 minutes we were seated and our order was taken. The service was excellent and the hostess couldn’t have been more accommodating. Looking forward to our next vacation so we can go back.

Mediocre at best. For someone who boasts best BBQ there was very limited BBQ options. On par with Applebees..mid

In seven days in pigeon forge this was the best experience. And Tonya was the nicest waitress of the trip. She absolutely knows southern hospitality and I was happily surprised at just how nicely we were treated.
