Definitely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had! 10/10 recommend. Special thank you to Wilson and Monica for being the absolute best of hosts. Can’t wait to be back! Caleta has easily become my favourite restaurant in Panama! Everything was perfection!

I have been and lived around the world and this restaurant is in my top 5. From the bead with butter, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds to the desserts. Try the local whitefish in between.

Muy buena experiencia de Brunch Dominical en Caleta, la unica queja que tengo que en mi plato fuerte para celebrar mi cumpleaños un mejillón vino cerrado. Debe verificar antes de dar el plato fuerte que contengan mejillones que estos se encuentren abiertos y bien cocinados.

Excelente elección haber ido a almorzar a Ka Caleta. No solo no conocíamos el edificio por dentro que nos pareció hermoso, sino que la atención fue excelente y la comida espectacular. Sin duda volveremos. Sigan así! Felicitaciones

Muy buena cocina (entradas, platos fuertes y postres) y un servicio muy bueno. Aire acondicionado demasiado fuerte

We had an amazing experience at Caleta. We had a few dietary restrictions that we accommodated beautifully. The meal used several unique local ingredients (eg tree tomatoes filled with cobia and coconut cream). Everything was beautifully presented from the burrata in a sofrito sauce topped with shaved asparagus to the fish and lamb cooked in clay shaped like a fish and lamb respectively. The cacao dessert is outstanding and also a work of art. We were also celebrating a birthday and they baked a small almond flour cake which was delicious. Service with Wilson was outstanding- he knows everything about each dish and describes it perfectly.

Not many food choices and few of them any good. They didn’t have the first one that I tried to order - why is something on your menu if you don’t have it? I ended up ordering the fried eggplant as an appetizer - horrible. The gnocci de yucca was ok, nothing special but I dodged a bullet because my wife’s plate was terrible. Oh and I’m an Italian and everyone kept speaking to me in English. Why?? We’re in Panama and my Spanish is fluent. I kept telling them, español por favor, but no, they heard my accent and immediately assumed that I was American.
