We had a 6:30 reservation through open table and they sat us outside. We asked to move inside and they refused as they stated they were full. They had plenty of open tables but chose not too. Food was great but it was very uncomfortable to eat. They take a credit card to hold reservations which I am not a fan of but you should not hold rest for people when late. They should have moved us when several did not show. Had to say something to the manager as they never came over to check on us or move us when they had no shows. Manager then gave us a discount that we appreciated but was deserved.

The restaurant is beautiful and the food was amazing. The service was not great. It was not very busy, I could see lots of people staffed but our service was slow.

The place is a vibe. My friend and I went there for brunch. The brunch menu was okay but I’d like to try their dinner someday.

We came with a group of 7, took a really long time to get drinks. They forgot my meal and way undercooked my steak and potatoes. It was extremely loud as well. It’s a super cute place but too loud to even have a conversation.

Food was good but the noise level was excessive. You could not hear yourself think over the music and the large groups. Service was not up to the standard of the restaurant.

The food was really good but the drinks took awhile to get to us since the bar was very busy. The noise levels were really high so it’s not very conducive for intimate conversations. Overall we had a really nice time.

Hello everyone, I made a reservation for five people at Cala restaurant for 8:00 pm. We arrived at 7:55 pm, but our indoor table was not ready. We then asked about switching to an outdoor table, provided that it had misting due to the high temperature, which was around 95°F. They accommodated us with a table in the corner, but it was completely isolated from both the mist and the restaurant itself. After ten minutes, before placing any orders, I called the waiter and requested to be moved inside as it was too warm and there was no mist; we could even hear crickets near our table. I began to express my dissatisfaction, and they informed us that we would have to wait until they could find a table either indoors or closer to the mist. Consequently, we proceeded to order appetizers and drinks. The food was excellent, with no complaints on that front. We finished our dinner around 9:50 pm, at which point I decided to speak with the manager about our experience. To my surprise, his response was that they could not move anyone after 10:00 pm, despite two empty tables under the mist fans. I pointed out that it was not yet 10:00 pm, to which he replied dismissively, "I cannot do anything, have a good night," in a very unprofessional manner. We have dined at this restaurant more than three times before, but I did not expect such a response from the manager. Given the mismanagement and unprofessional behavior, we will not be returning to this restaurant, especially since we pay premium prices and expect premium services.
