Transport yourself into a magical fairytale and prepare for an unforgettable experience. For our savory menu, we offer a lunch and dinner featuring some traditional dishes as well as our signature quiche and chicken salade. Our menu changes seasonally and everything on our menu is house made from scratch daily with our commitment to the highest quality and ingredients. Our full bar offers signature cocktails, Champagne and beer. Delicious three-layer cakes, as well as cheesecakes, pies, cookies, and other desserts fill our elegantly designed display case and are served daily. Gwendolyn's Cake Bake Shop's have become the destination of Indianapolis for celebrating all life's special occasions.

    Special time with my granddaughter. It was perfect. Our server, I believe her name is Alyssa, was exceptional. The Christmas decorations are amazing.

    It is a Special Time for us to visit Cake Bake. It’s a Christmas Fairyland. Our waitress was fabulous. The quiche was burnt on bottom & top & served to several patrons. Sadly, our $17 slice of cake was very dry. Our dining experience of tea, light lunch & 1 dessert was $80 + 20% tip.

    Took my 4 year old daughter on a father daughter date and it was “best day ever”. Christmas decor was out and all the glitter put a huge smile on her face. Server was excellent to make it very special for her too. Highly recommend.

    We went to celebrate my daughter’s 12th birthday. This was our fourth year in a row celebrating her at Cake Bake. It’s always a delight! Food and drinks were excellent. Took several desserts home and the butterscotch pie was our favorite! Thanks again for making the afternoon so special for our girl! 🤍

    This place never disappoints! It is so beautiful and the food is so good. We were there to do an early celebration for my daughter. The candle in her cake & the pixie dust is so fun. Our server Noel was just adorable and did a fantastic job!

    It's was the perfect place for lunch with a friend. Plus, the chicken velvet soup was a rare of my childhood.

    Had reservations for 6:00p on Saturday evening. Upon arriving slightly early, was asked to wait to be seated, despite restaurant being maybe 25% occupied. Once we were seated, took another 10 minutes before being greeted by server. Ordered a Black Swan, iced tea, and Truffle Fries. Received beverages after we had consumed over half of our appetizer, despite server’s section sitting mostly devoid of patrons. Black Swan was missing the floating chocolate piece to beverage. Entree selections were very good. Historically, we seem to find that service falls off in the PM versus when dining during the afternoon.
