Transport yourself into a magical fairytale and prepare for an unforgettable experience. For our savory menu, we offer a lunch and dinner featuring some traditional dishes as well as our signature quiche and chicken salade. Our menu changes seasonally and everything on our menu is house made from scratch daily with our commitment to the highest quality and ingredients. Our full bar offers signature cocktails, Champagne and beer. Delicious three-layer cakes, as well as cheesecakes, pies, cookies, and other desserts fill our elegantly designed display case and are served daily. Gwendolyn's Cake Bake Shop's have become the destination of Indianapolis for celebrating all life's special occasions.

    We had a fabulous experience at Cake Bake. The atmosphere was magical, as always. The food was superb. What elevated our experience the most was our server, Beth. She was outstanding! Her guidance through the menu and attention to service was truly exceptional. I would not hesitate to return to Cake Bake for a truly elevated dining experience.

    This was our first time at cake bake and it was wonderful! The food and cake were delicious and our server was fantastic. Definitely recommend!

    Overall experience was ok, place looks really nice but other than that in my personal opinion it’s a bit overpriced and overrated.

    The French onion soup was excellent along with the club sandwich. Truffle Pomfret fries and ham quiche we would all purchase again. The service was outstanding .

    The last few times we’ve been it’s been disappointing. This cake bake has gotten so commercialized. Decorations just so look so worn and sparce. Cake bake use to be this magical world of glitz and fairy dust, Also it’s always pretty dirty compared to what it used to be. The rugs were filthy when you first enter, the host had super bad teeth and gums which was a little hard to be greeted with. It’s just not like it used to be. Even the cake was dry and tasted as if it had been frozen before. This is just so sad.

    It was our first time there. Now, it says casual dress but take that up a couple notches! We were casual…and felt like all eyes were on us. You know, like the small town “people in pjs at Walmart” type stare. But, it’s a beautiful experience! Highly recommend!

    We're from Carmel and Cake Bake is always fabulous. I brought my three nieces who live out of town and they were in absolute heaven. From the glitter in the drinks to the amazing dinner, they loved every minute of it. The dessert was the cherry on top for the night. They have already asked to come back!

    Most food was excellent. Turkey and gruyere sandwich was very basic so I would not get again. Dessert always top notch. Drinks terrific.
