Transport yourself into a magical fairytale and prepare for an unforgettable experience. For our savory menu, we offer a lunch and dinner featuring some traditional dishes as well as our signature quiche and chicken salade. Our menu changes seasonally and everything on our menu is house made from scratch daily with our commitment to the highest quality and ingredients. Our full bar offers signature cocktails, Champagne and beer. Delicious three-layer cakes, as well as cheesecakes, pies, cookies, and other desserts fill our elegantly designed display case and are served daily. Gwendolyn's Cake Bake Shop's have become the destination of Indianapolis for celebrating all life's special occasions.

    Outstanding dinner at The Cake Bake Carmel! Wonderful customer service, amazing food and the alcoholic drinks were on point! Not to mention incredible desserts! I always enjoy every visit here and it keeps getting better and better!

    We were from out of town and really enjoyed this dining location. It has a wonderful ambience and impressive menu. Put this on your list if you are visiting Indianapolis.

    It was an experience I'm glad I got to have. It was like being in a storybook setting. The service was great, the food was great and the desserts were to die for. Would go again.

    The waitress was helpful and attentive. The decor creates a magical feeling. The cheese and bread was a great starter. Coffee and cake at the finish was delicious. More interesting vegetarian choices would be great in the entree menu. The shrimp was tasty but buried in bread and frites. Overall a great experience for special occasions.

    Service was very slow. Had to keep asking for more coffee. Asked for salt and peppy, never received it. Quiche was cold... outside burnt, inside cold. Beautiful and unique place, but disappointing food and service.

    Such a wonderful evening celebrating our 7 year old daughter. From the moment we talked in, everyone was phenomenal. They treated us like royalty, made every interaction w our daughter magical. From "fairy dusted" everything, to the atmosphere, to the most incredible server Cailin...we had an awesome and memorable evening.
