    This was my 6th time to Cagney's and was quite a disappointment. I was there to celebrate my birthday which made it worse. The server was not very in tune with customer satisfaction at all. Both of us had an issue with stone cold potatoes and my salmon was way over cooked, which made it very dry. When asked if this was how they serve the salmon now, server answered yes and then made comment that they must have a new chef. I have had the salmon three other times and really enjoyed it but not this time. There was no offer to do anything with my salmon only the potatoes.

    First time there a little disappointed my wife’s steak was over cooked side of mushrooms were cold my steak was not very hot. So end result is we will not return to Cagneys.

    I found this restaurant on Open Table and booked it because of the positive reviews. We had a wonderful experience. It is deceiving from the outside as it’s located in a strip mall. But don’t be fooled - it is beautiful inside. Our waitress was excellent and all the staff we encountered were lovely. The booths are so roomy and comfortable! We enjoyed the meal - the honey garlic butter that comes with the bread is amazing! The Caesar salad was a bit bland. We both had the filet mignon and it was melt in your mouth. The side mushrooms were delicious. As it was our anniversary they brought us a complimentary piece of cheesecake which was also delicious. Our only negative comment was that the music was too loud especially as the restaurant was not that busy. We highly recommend Cagney’s.

    My recent visit to Cagney’s Steakhouse left me thoroughly impressed. The ambiance was elegant and comfortable, setting the stage for a delightful evening. The service was impeccable, with the staff being knowledgeable and attentive. Now, let’s talk about the steak – it was nothing short of perfection. Cooked to my exact preference, it was tender and bursting with flavor. And, I must say, their special butter is damn good – it added an exquisite richness to the meal. The side dishes were equally delicious, and the dessert was a delightful ending to a fantastic meal. Cagney’s Steakhouse is a must-visit for steak lovers and those looking for a top-notch dining experience.
