Our beautiful branch of Caffe Concerto is situated right in the heart of London's Piccadilly by Green Park Station. Offering breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner as well as patisserie and wedding and celebration cakes. We are also delighted to say that we cater for vegan, as well as vegetarian, Halal and gluten free diners. And should you be looking for Sunday brunch or lunch, we're happy to say we're open over the weekend.

Super nice and attentive staff in a busy cafe on a main road. The venue is nice but frayed around the edges with a sense of once- upon-a-time grandeur. The food is great, very tasty and portions are generous. Would I come back? Yes!

Toilets were dirty. Booked afternoon tea- food was decent but it didn't feel like a special atmosphere.

We went to the restaurant for a pre theatre meal. Good job we gave ourselves a lot of time. The service was abysmal. Our starters arrived after our main course, the waitress forgot to order them, and we had to wait 45 mins for the food to arrive. The restaurant wasn’t even busy. The food itself was very tasty but it arrived only after several enquiries. The people on the table next to us in the meantime left as they were also fed up of waiting. Such a shame as it is conveniently placed and the food good. Last time we went there it was fine.. no idea why this time it was so bad. We ended up with a free meal as the manager realised what had happened was completely unacceptable and we were very upset. I hope this review will encourage them to identity the problems and return to a satisfactory level of service.

The experience at Cafe Concerto was rather disappointing. We waited for nearly 20 minutes before being served, and it seemed other patrons were similarly dissatisfied with the wait. While the food wasn't terrible, the brioche was disappointingly hard. Additionally, the loud noise emanating from the fridge where they stored the cakes was quite bothersome. Overall, it left much to be desired.

Being a Londoner, I wouldn’t go here. But we only went because of convenience. Food standard. Nothing special. And if you want a jug or glass of water, it should be provided for without making us feel guilty! In Europe the water comes automatically.. 😖

We went to this place as this was a voucher that my daughter brought for me. I called and booked this as I didn't want this not be able to get booked and we had a show after we had afternoon tea. When we got there we had to prove we had a reservation which I printed out just incase. We was asked if there was anything we don't like on the afternoon tea and it can be swapped myself and my partner do not like egg so we said can we swap this, when it arrived the egg was just taken off it was not replaced with anything else. The voucher also said the drinks would be refilled, this did not happen once we were given t he food and drink we were left, even when trying to get the bill we looked around and it appeared to be that we were just in the way. We did not feel welcome or that we were valued customers, whether this was because it was a voucher or not maybe but I would not recommend this to any of my family or friends due to the service we had.

Beautiful restaurant and good service. However, the sandwiches and pastries were not very good quality for the price.

Perfect for pre theatre dining. Portions were on the abundance side but delicious. No room for any of the delicious cakes available.
