    Help ful staff and lovely food some problem with gift voucher with a different name some my own fault but staff very patient.

    Thank you to the staff for wonderful food & service. We enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea for our anniversary. The staff kindly accommodated dietry requirements and really looked after us. Food was delicious.

    It is a shame that the afternoon tea only comes with tea and no other option and just one cup is allowed. Usually with afternoon tea you get it filled up whenever you need it. My partner doesn’t drink tea so asked for the coffee which is the same price as the tea in the menu and to be fair at first they said it’s only tea but the manager did make an acception which was appreciated. The sandwiches and cakes were really lovely. It is from £32.95 each so would have liked more tea

    Staff was not very helpful. Whatever we asked them, they took ages to come back.

    Sandwiches and cakes were not fresh. Not appetising and not good value for money at all. I was disappointed.

    Food was excellent. Service let it down. Hanging around to be seated. Server did not smile. Food came quickly but was not told what anything was. Asked for a different drink and asked to pay extra and was charged full amount for the drink

    Disappointed overall with recent visit. Although cakes were tasty, service was very disorganised and staff found it difficult to understand English. Was given green tea twice when asked for Darjeeling. Drinks very expensive for what they were ie. sngle teabags in very small pots.
