Plus qu'un restaurant, le Cafe Spice Namaste est une institution culinaire. Il s'agit d'un célèbre restaurant indien, sorte de monument gastronomique appartenant à Cyrus et Pervin Todiwala. Il se trouve à quelques pas de la Tour de Londres. Depuis plus de dix-sept ans, il accueille des personnes du monde entier qui viennent profiter de la cuisine délicieusement originale du chef Cyrus ainsi que de l'aimable et chaleureux service de ce petit local au cœur de la ville historique de Londres. Sa riche carte propose des plats traditionnels de Goa, d'Inde du Nord, de Hyderabad et du Cachemire rehaussés d'une touche contemporaine, remarquable selon certains. C'est avec fierté et honnêteté que cet établissement cuisine et vous sert des plats toujours composés d'ingrédients de saison et autant que possible du meilleur des produits britanniques locaux.

COMING TO CAFÉ SPICE NAMASTÉ FROM GALLIONS REACH DLR STATIONAs you exit the station, turn left at Co-Op walk up to the traffic lights turn right on to Gallions Road. Turn left on to Wallis Walk and right on to Shackleton Way then immediate right towards car park on to Hudson Way. You will see a footbridge at the front. We are exactly across the bridge. The walk should take approximately 4-5 minutes. The Elizabeth Line is now open, making West London feel a lot closer to the Royal Docks. Getting off at Custom House and taking the DLR to Gallions Reach can take between 20 and 40 minutes, depending on where you board. A truly wonderful night, Cyrus and Pervin were perfect hosts, music, laughter, an amazing menu, a special event night, great fun had by all. Looking forward to returning soon. The restaurant is very easy to find a 5 minute walk form the DLR.

Fantastic food and very well looked after and made to feel special and valued Some may feel the location is a little out of the way but its definitely worth the travel to get there.

The pure passion and love shown by Cyrus and Pervin Todiwala and their team in creating the most wonderful dining experience is truly amazing. The food is out of this world and I would highly recommend to anyone that wants to experience “authentic” Indian cuisine..

This restaurant offers an interesting selection of complex Indian dishes - it's not your average Indian restaurant by any means. We enjoyed our meal very much and will certainly visit again.

Once again an excellent experience. Staff are the best, polite, friendly, helpful, so good at their jobs. Food exemplary, flavours, textures, immaculate mixture of spices. Menu choices are so varied it’s difficult to make a choice, but whatever you choose you won’t be disappointed. A must.

More like a tapas style small plate sharing experience the food was excellent but not small portions as you may expect so don’t order loads but keep ordering if needed. Food was out of this world
