    Everything was great. Had the Chicken Avocado Club and the fries were second to none. Very attentive staff and really enjoyed the experience.

    The idea is superb, but I don't feel the finished product was well executed. i had high hopes for my visit, but It did not meet them. That doesn't mean th place isn't beautiful or the food is good, and we still had a good time, but i think it's more about the company and less about the establishment. The seats are super uncomfortable as well.

    First, this is my 3rd time visiting but FIRST time at the restaurant. Usually go to the bar area, however always wanted to try the food. The restaurant is beautiful, the bar is beautiful and the decor is elegant. The service was nothing but ordinary, however - the food took over 1 hour to reach my table of 4, the table was full of empty glasses, and once the food came out, the steak which was ordered medium came out beyond well done and rubbery. The 3 hamburgers ordered , were all room temperate with soggy French fries and chewy bread. This all is probably because it was left under a heat lamp in the kitchen for longer than 20m. After speaking to the manager, our food was replaced , hamburgers still room temperature and soggy and steak lifeless without flavor. Overall the food was taken off the bill however, it ruined the brunch experience, leaving dissatisfied and let down. Keep in mind, the restaurant was not slammed, there was more than 5 visible empty tables

    Beautiful venue and has a chic cool vibe for cocktails. We found it to be rather loud because of the acoustics. Service was spotty. Not memorable for the price. Go for drinks, not for dinner

    Ambience was lovely. This was my first time at Cafe Riggs, and I'd definitely go back. Server was great, no complaints. Food did come out fairly quickly, however the fries were barely warm, almost cold. Sweet potato ravioli was barely warm as well. I was hungry and still devoured it, but had to send fries back for some hot ones. Food presentation and taste were very good. There were mushrooms swimming in the ravioli sauce, but weren't mentioned on the menu as an ingredient. I despise mushrooms, so that would be nice to add to the description. A dog was in this upscale restaurant at the bar with a bed and bowl. I'm not a fan of this DC trend at all. 3rd restaurant in two weeks that allowed dogs in the dining area. No (and I am a dog lover).

    The food was good but the portions for the scallops were small, 4 scallops for the entree. The beet salad was good.

    Great service and attention from wait staff. Food was excellent during bunch. Omelette was cooked perfectly.
