Café Martinique offers a refined dining experience of thoughtfully reimagined French classic dishes. The menu artfully blends a Parisian culinary style with the bounty and flavor of local Bahamian ingredients. Enjoy a unique selection of wines or the new absinthe experience at the bar and lounge, complemented by an outdoor dining terrace with waterfront views of the Atlantis Marina.

Reservation cancellation requires guests to cancel before 4 PM on the day of the reservation. Failure to cancel will result in a no-show fee of $50 per person if guests do not arrive within 15 minutes of their reservation. The last seating time is 6:30PM for parties with kids under 6yrs.

Dress Code Policy: Resort Chic. Athletic and beachwear, baseball caps, flip-flops, Crocs, and slippers are not permitted. Ladies, elegant evening attire is strongly suggested. Gentlemen, collared shirts are required.

We opted for the 5 course tasting menu, with wine pairing and was delicious. Even had the Chef Di Cuisine visit our table at the end of the meal, which was wonderful. Highly recommend.

We had a reservation at 830 and were promptly seated when we arrived. David and Leonard were our waiters and they took great care of us the entire night. We started with the escargot and the catch of the day carpaccio. The escargot is served non-traditionally on a plate with crème and cheese crisps, which make for a delightfully light app. The carpaccio was fantastic and come to find out was Lionfish. For our entrees, we ordered Lobster pappardelle, rack of lamb, and herb crusted red snapper. All of which came out within 10minutes of us finishing our apps. Each dish had just the right amount of food, cooked perfectly and great flavor. The whipped mashed potatoes that came with the lamb were also done extremely well. For dessert, we ordered the apple Tarte, chocolate fondant and the profiteroles. The profiteroles were the standout here, however, the other dishes were both very tasty. We were even surprised at the end of our evening with a plate of chocolate tarts and a message written in chocolate on the plate thanking us for coming. This is the best meal we’ve had during our trip and we will definitely be returning.

Exceptional dining experience. Would highly recommend. Filets and au poivre were cooked perfectly. Chef also greeted us which was nice. Shared fondant, soufflé, and mille feuille for desert which were all delicious.

Skip it. The beet salad with cheese was more like a soupy cheesy mess. The Mahi Mahi was a flavorless piece of fish that was covered in salt. Many better options here at the Atlantis. Would not recommend or go back. Also : the tipping at all these places is included. Be smart. The servers mislead you into not thinking the tip is inclusive and even the language on the IPAD can be deceiving when you are signing for the bill.
