Nice little restaurant. Really enjoyed the food but four of us were seated at a very small table and the service was a bit hit and miss! One of the waiters was very friendly and knowledgeable but others were not.

We had a fantastic dinner here. I found this as it was close to Liverpool St Station; it looked like a good menu and a nice vibe. It really delivered! We had lovely staff, delicious food and the restaurant had a great atmosphere especially for a Wednesday night. The only bad things were the small portions with some starters (mains were huge) and the photos make it look like they have an outside pergola but they don’t, so we couldn’t have a drink in the sunshine. Everything else was fab!

Great little restaurant and wonderful food . Niké was especially the highlight with attentive service and overall friendliness. Compliments to the chefs who cooked up some flavoursome gorgeous food . Definitely recommend!

Nearly didn't book this as saw a poor review but decided to go for it and really glad we did - Cafe Luca was friendly and inviting, the staff were lovely - the food was delicious and it was all round an excellent experience. Would 100% recommend.

This restaurant definitely felt like a "neighbourhood gem", tucked away on a side street away from the hustle and bustle of Liverpool Street and not too busy for a Thursday evening in the City. There are a few tables outside on the walkway, but we decided to sit inside as it looked very attractive and welcoming. Staff were attentive and helpful with the wine list and menu as well as advising on which dishes contained nuts. The Mediterranean menu is not extensive, but the food was good and nicely presented. Between us we ordered the crab tagliolini and the grilled aubergine with some chunky truffled chips on the side, and a very good bottle of Gavi di Gavi. The chicken shawarma seemed to be a popular dish with other diners. There was lively music playing in the background but this didn't spoil our conversation. All in all a good experience if you want somewhere a bit quieter away from the crowds.
